Sanjay Kacker quits DDB Mudra's Celsius as SVP

Kacker joined the agency in November, 2010 and led Celsius from Delhi. He was also handling the new business development initiatives for Mudra Max.

Sanjay Kacker, senior vice-president at Celsius, the experiential marketing division of DDB Mudra Max, has put in his papers.

Kacker joined the agency in November, 2010 and was heading Celsius from Delhi.

He was also handling the new business development initiatives for Mudra Max. Before this appointment, Kacker was working with Touchwood Entertainment as director, sales.

Armed with about 20 years of experience, Kacker began his advertising career with Pressman Advertising as account supervisor. He then went on to work with Concept Communication, Percept Advertising and Percept D'Mark India. In his six years of association with Percept Advertising, he was part of the core team responsible for the Hero Honda advertising account. He also developed and nurtured the IPO mobilisation cell at Percept and the division grew to become the main revenue generator for the company in 1996.

In his capacity as chief operating officer, North and East at Percept D'Mark, he spearheaded the operations in the northern and eastern regions and handled various positions in the integrated marketing communications company.

Some of the accounts on which he has worked include Maruti Suzuki, Ultra Motors, Hero Honda, Panasonic and Belkin.

For the record, Celsius offers integrated event solutions and provides clients with services such as designing branded experiences and creating thematic programmes.
