The agency has brought on board three group heads in the creative department.
Marketing and technology agency Indigo Consulting has appointed three key people to head its creative functions. Viresh Pawar rejoins the agency as senior group head and will focus on design, while Monish Beloskar will join as group head, creative. The development marks second stints of both Pawar and Beloskar at Indigo.
All three will report to Navin Balakrishnan, creative director, Indigo Consulting. Balakrishnan says, "With an ever-evolving business environment in which consumers are co-creators of brands, creativity ultimately sets a brand apart. At Indigo Consulting, we intend to have those brands as clients - the ones that are known for their creative breakthroughs. Having the three creative people on board puts us in a better position to provide innovative digital marketing solutions to our clients."
Pawar has more than a decade's experience and has worked for various agencies. He started his career with Syntel India in 2000 as senior web interface designer. After four years, he moved to Indigo Systems & Technology (Indigo Consulting) as senior art director in 2005. After two years, he joined Epic Cycle Interactive in the same capacity. Since 2009, he was with FCB Interface as senior web creative supervisor.
Beloskar, too, has about 12 years of experience. He started working in 2000 with Urban Interactive as visualiser/designer. He was responsible for conceptualising and designing web pages and graphic user interfaces, amongst others. Later, he joined Pyramid Solutions as lead designer in 2001. A year later, he joined Lionbridge Technologies (Mentorix). He then worked with Tata Interactive systems and Puretech Internet. He worked with Indigo Consulting from 2007 to 2008.
Beloskar's portfolio includes work for brands such as Gatorade, Kurkure, Panasonic, WWF, CondeNast Traveller and Piramal Group, among others.
As a creative strategist, Parekh has worked on brands such as Red Bull India, Sony Music, Puma, Windows Phone, Adobe India, Budweiser and Bacardi. In his new role at Indigo Consulting, Parekh will work closely with Balakrishnan to assist in the ideation process as well as guide and nurture talent in the team.
With the addition of the new creative heads, Indigo Consulting's creative team now has 28 people.
