IOCL empanels five agencies

Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) recently empanelled five agencies in its roster for the western zone to handle its corporate account. The agencies include Goldmine, Concept Communications, HTA, Grey Worldwide and Network. The pitch process began in Mumbai in February and the agencies will be empanelled for two years. The western zone comprises Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Gujarat.

Interestingly, Concept Communications is empanelled with the company's North zone roster for four years.

The corporate communication mandate will comprise below-the-line activities, digital and print requirements. The company has also been given scripts for a TVC on which discussions are still on.

Incidentally, IOCL had also reviewed the empanelled agencies recently for branding requirements of its product range. The agencies that made it to the roster were Grey Worldwide, DDB Mudra, Draftfcb Ulka and Percept/H.
