TBWA bags creative mandate of Sterling Gera Residence

The agency's Bengaluru office will service the real estate company.

TBWA has been appointed as the creative partner of Sterling Gera Residence, a joint real estate project between Sterling Developers, Bengaluru and Gera Developments, Pune. The account will be serviced by the agency's Bengaluru branch.

The immediate mandate of the agency will be to launch the company's maiden real estate venture near Varthur Lake in Bengaluru.

Rohit Gera, managing director, Sterling Gera Residence, says that the residential real estate space in the city is quite challenging, with many established and new players launching new properties on a regular basis. "We are venturing into this competitive market with an offering unlike any witnessed by the market. We were looking for an agency that would help us amplify this difference. TBWAIndia, with its unique strategic approach, seemed like a perfect fit."

Bengaluru-based Sterling Developers was set up by Ramani and Shankar Sastri in 1983 and builds luxury apartments and villas. In 2006, the company forayed into Pune.

Gera Developments started its business in Pune in 1970. The company is a full-service organisation having its in-house team of architects, interior designers, engineers and construction crew.
