The full-service digital agency BC Web Wise has announced the appointment of Jaydeep Savant as director - strategy and Innovation.
In his new role, Savant will be based in Mumbai and report to Chaaya Baradhwaaj, founder and managing director (MD), BC Web Wise. As part of his mandate, Savant will lead digital analytics and oversee the expansion of the agency's service portfolio to support key technology trends.
The appointment will help the agency leverage data as a strategic asset for implementing customer-centric strategies, and thereby, assist clients in maximising the return on investment (RoI) on online spends.

Savant, who comes from an extensive background of helping brands with digital strategy and sales, has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. He has deep knowledge of customer analytics, user experience management (UX), customer experience management (CX), and usability science. He has held key positions in the technology and product innovation teams at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Travelguru, Harbinger Systems, Linga Interactive, and Satyam Computers.
