Turner appoints David Liu as Sr. Finance Director, APAC

In a recent announcement, Turner has appointed David Liu as senior finance director for Asia Pacific region. Liu is based in the media company’s regional headquarters in Hong Kong.

Liu is responsible for co-ordinating all finance related tasks across Asia Pacific and leads the region’s central team. His role is instrumental in shaping a unified reporting structure, while continuing to upgrade forecasting and budgeting processes.

Clement Schwebig, Turner Asia Pacific's CFO and SVP business development, licensing and China, says in a press release, “With our industry constantly shifting and our business evolving, I’m very pleased to welcome Liu to our team. David is our terrific asset to oversee our regional team in Hong Kong.”

Prior to Turner, Liu was the head of finance for NBA Asia and India, where he was working since 2010. As a CPA, CMA, he joins with a strong financial expertise, and also brings a good understanding of both the region and the industry.
