Laqshya Media Group acquires Digitalabs

With this acquisition, the Group aims to make its mark in the digital marketing domain.

The 21-year-old communications conglomerate, Laqshya Media Group has acquired Digitalabs, a digital marketing agency, based in Noida. With this acquisition, the Group aims to make its mark in the digital marketing domain.

Staffed by over 40 people, Digitalabs handles clients across multiple categories like electronics, finance, travel, education, insurance and serves clients in overseas markets like Australia, New Zealand, UK and Singapore apart from the ones based in India.

Speaking on the acquisition, Tulsiani, co-founder, Digitalabs and now chief operating officer of the division, says in a press note, “For years Digitalabs has facilitated Brands with conceptualizing and implementing fully integrated Digital marketing strategies which stem from nothing but data and numbers. We plan to continue the same mission as part of Laqshya Media Group. Sharing the same set of values, partnering with them will not only strengthen our base, it’ll add to the diversity of customers we’ll serve”.

Agam Chaudhary, co-founder, Digitalabs and now chief marketing officer of the division, adds, “At Digitalabs, we’ve always been a technology-driven digital marketing solutions company and with Laqshya, while we strengthen that, our clients will now reap the benefits of getting serviced by a much bigger agency with further specialized and integrated solutions. Digitalabs as part of Laqshya will now go on to define the next generation of digital marketing.

Alok Jalan, managing director, Laqshya Media Group, says, ‘‘this is a natural corollary to our expansion into all communication platforms that help our clients engage with the Millennial.
