Samsung introduces 'Unsend' option for files on smartphones

There are few things in life more embarassing than sending the wrong text to the wrong person. Samsung's new feature on its Galaxy smartphones aims to tackle this conundrum.

The latest ad personifies this feeling by featuring a singing telegram being delievered to the wrong address. A boy band belting out tunes ends up in front of a bewildered yoga instructor, seating in the middle of a tranquil meditation studio.

They realise they're in the wrong spot and they hurriedly get back into the elevator. They finally arrive at the right floor when the enthusiastic birthday girl receives their singing and dancing much more warmly. The ad ends, mentioning that the new feature is applicable when you send files to the wrong phone - it gives users the option to delete the said file and send it to the right person.
