Humuss Beauty launches barrier-focused skincare range in India

Clean skincare brand Humuss Beauty has entered the Indian market with a portfolio of vegan and cruelty-free skincare products, marking its entry into the country’s expanding clean beauty segment.

The launch range includes six products positioned around barrier support, hydration and sun protection. Among them are Berry Breeze – Mulberry & Hyaluronic Acid Face Wash (100 ml), Hello Hydration – Ceramide & Hyaluronic Acid Face Moisturiser (100 ml), and Sun-sational – SPF 50 Hyaluronic Acid Sunscreen (50 g).

The formulations are free from parabens and sulphates and are built around ingredients such as ceramides, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, saffron extracts and retinol. The range includes cleansers, moisturisers and sunscreens, along with targeted products addressing concerns like pigmentation, ageing and uneven skin texture.

According to the company, the formulations follow a barrier-first approach and are designed to be lightweight, pH-balanced and non-comedogenic, making them suitable for multiple skin types including sensitive and acne-prone skin.

The products are vegan and cruelty-free, aligning with a broader shift in the beauty industry towards ingredient transparency and sustainability.
