LinkedIn launches new version of company pages
Towards this target, LinkedIn will redesign more than two million company profiles into a new format. A few weeks ago, it launched the newly redesigned LinkedIn company pages with a selected number of clients such as AT&T, Citibank, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Hubspot and Philips.

The new look features cover pictures on the top of the page, wherein the brand can express the brand personality. It has also introduced a new functionality called Featured Update which allows companies to spotlight important news by promoting these at the top of their update stream. Through this free feature, brands can give prominent placement for news that they want to highlight for up to 48 hours.

The main goal behind this step is to provide an environment where brands have the proper tools and platform to cultivate meaningful relationships with the members.
