Raymond, a leading manufacturer, marketer and retailer of worsted suiting fabrics over the last eight decades, has launched its official online store RaymondNext.com, which integrates all Raymond products, brands and services under a common platform.
RaymondNext.com's user interface has been designed to ensure ease of discovery and selection with a quick check out. It also plans to introduce streaming videos of garments on models and mannequins along with virtual dressing rooms and 360° viewing and zooming tools.
RaymondNext.com will be introducing additional features too. A concierge service from Raymond Made to Measure will be introduced where customers will have the privilege of ordering customized products without even visiting the store. "We are confident about offering our customers a world-class shopping experience going forward," adds Basrur.
The Raymond Made-to-Measure collection is a new range of business, casual and ceremonial collections, each of which will be custom-fit for consumers and personalised with their choice of trims, accessories and special finishing touches like name initials.
The Raymond Group was incorporated in 1925 and has a diverse product range of nearly 20,000 varieties of worsted suiting to cater to customers across age groups, occasions and styles. Some of its group companies are Raymond, Raymond Apparel, Colour Plus Fashions, EverBlue Apparel and others.
