When Ola roped in Narain Karthikeyan as its chauffeur

India's fastest driver Narain Karthikeyan surprised two Ola customers by picking them up and driving them around, aboard the new Ola Prime.

Ola Cabs, the online cab booking platform, has come out with a fun video titled 'Prime Time with Narain Karthikeyan', which features ace Formula One motor racing driver, Narain Karthikeyan, and stand-up comedian Abish Mathew.

The video begins with Mathew, in self-deprecating mode, talking about the possibility that people watching him in the video may not be able to tell who he is or may think of him as 'some Sachin Tendulkar with a beard'. He then puts forth the idea of being driven around in a car by a chauffeur who is more popular than the person being driven around, explaining Ola Cabs' initiative for its Ola Prime variant.

The later part of the video explains that people who book a ride through Ola Prime may get lucky and have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be driven to their destination by a celebrity chauffeur - in this case, Karthikeyan. The video shows Karthikeyan driving two lucky, but oblivious, passengers - a male and a female - while Mathew has them in splits with his jokes.

The video captures the surprised expressions of the two passengers when they 'discover' who the chauffeur actually is. The video ends with Mathew, Karthikeyan and the passengers taking a group selfie.
