Housing.com appoints Keerthi Kiran as vice president, new real estate projects

In his new role, Kiran will report to Housing.com's chief business officer, Jason Kothari.

Housing.com has announced the appointment of Keerthi Kiran as the vice president for new real estate projects. While he spearheads this division, Kiran will be play a key role in defining and executing strategy, building and managing the team, ensuring that Housing.com is serving developers and the consumers at every stage of their home buying journey for new real estate projects.

He has been with Housing.com for almost two years now having served in various capacities across the business. He is also an experienced entrepreneur, having co-founded Ziffi.com (formerly known as DocSuggest Healthcare Services). Previously, he was with Deloitte Consulting, providing strategy consulting to financial services companies in the US and India, and CA Technologies (previously Computer Associates), where he set up the strategy and analytics team for its mainframe business and led the India team. In his new role, Kiran will report to Housing.com's chief business officer, Jason Kothari.

Commenting on the appointment, Kothari, says, "Keerthi brings to the table a unique mix of business leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. His contributions to Housing.com have been significant to date, and we are rewarding him with this large responsibility. I am confident that he will apply the same ingenuity and insight to the new real estate projects business, serving consumers and developers across the country."

Kiran holds a B.Tech in civil engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Housing.com is a real estate platform which claims to have more than 2,551 employees in over 50 cities across India. The company has expanded from its original rent and resale proposition to include PGs and hostels, serviced apartments, land, plot projects, and new projects.
