Rajesh moves in from India Today to join Shekhar Gupta and Barkha Dutt's new start-up.

Senior journalist Y P Rajesh has been appointed as the executive editor of The Print, the media venture started by veteran journalists Shekhar Gupta and Barkha Dutt.
Commenting on his appointment, Rajesh has put out a post on the microblogging site Twitter, saying that he was excited to begin his new innings at the media start-up.

Rajesh, who has over 23 years of experience as a journalist, was until recently, the assistant executive editor at India Today. He has also worked as associate editor at The Indian Express. Prior to that, he had stints with India Today, Reuters, Outlook, and The Week.
