ALTBalaji content will soon be available on Vodafone Play

Vodafone Play is a video-on-demand platform for Vodafone subscribers.

ALTBalaji, subscription based video-on-demand platform from the stable of Balaji Telefilms, will now be available on Vodafone Play. Vodafone Play is an on demand platform on which Vodafone subscribers can watch curated content.

Vodafone Play has over 140 live TV channels, 14,000+ movies and music across genres and languages in its library. The platform also has original content form other video-on-demand platforms (Arréand SonyLIV).

A source in the company tells afaqs! that such deals enhance the reach of the platform. “Vodafone Play has a large number of downloads and hence becomes a great distribution platform. Also, the telco has high ARPU (average revenue per user), making Vodafone Play a good platform for our content," says the source.
