Chadda has more than 10 years of work experience. She was earlier national sales head at Microsoft DrivePM (Performance Marketing), the online ad network of Microsoft Advertising. Besides, she has also worked with media companies such as MTV, Sony Entertainment Network and The Times of India.

In an official communiqué, Maya Hari, director, digital, Condé Nast India, says, "With Chadda's vast experience in the digital field across sectors, I'm sure the team will create benchmarks in the digital space."
