Radio City loses 0.6 percentage points in Mumbai.

The Radio Audience Measurement (RAM) data for Week 50 is out. Here is an update on the four RAM markets.

Mumbai

Radio Mirchi is No. 1 in the city with a market share of 16.8 per cent, same as the previous week's ratings. Its average market share for the last four weeks stands at 17.5 per cent.

Radio City holds the second position with a market share of 14.1 per cent, with a massive loss of 0.6 percentage points; its last four weeks' average market share is 14.6 per cent.

Red FM is at No. 3 and has a market share of 13.2 per cent, registering a gain of 0.1 percentage points. The last four weeks' average market share of Red FM is 13.1 per cent.

Big FM is at the fourth position in Mumbai with a market share of 12.1 per cent and its last four weeks' market share turns out to be 12 per cent.

Air FM Gold occupies the fifth spot with a market share of 11.3 per cent. The station's previous week's rating was 11.9 per cent.

Fever FM is No. 6 in the city with a market share of 11.1 per cent, registering a loss of 0.3 percentage points in comparison to Week 49. Its last four weeks' market share is registered at 11.5 per cent.

Radio One is placed seventh with a market share of 4.8 per cent with a loss of 0.4 percentage points. AIR FM Rainbow has a market share of 5.3 per cent with a loss of 0.6 percentage points.

Among the other stations in Mumbai in Week 50 are Vividh Bharati, which has a market share of 4.4 per cent, followed by Oye FM (3.3 per cent).

Delhi

Radio Mirchi leads in the city with a market share of 24.2 per cent. It saw a loss of 0.3 percentage points.

The next two spots are occupied by Fever FM and AIR FM Gold, with market shares of 18.2 per cent and 15.4 per cent respectively. While Fever FM has lost 0.1 percentage points; AIR FM has registered a loss of 0.4 percentage points. The average market shares for the stations are 18.3 per cent and 16.1 per cent respectively.

Red FM is at No. 4 with a market share of 9.7 per cent, registering a loss of 0.1 percentage points. Radio City is at fifth position with a market share of 8.1 per cent, registering a loss of 0.2 percentage points over the previous week.

In Week 50, Big FM and Radio One have garnered market shares of 7.9 per cent and 5.6 per cent respectively, occupying the sixth and seventh positions. Theaverage market share of Red FM is 7.1 per cent and that of Radio One is 5.7 per cent.

Next in line are Oye! FM and AIR FM Rainbow, with market shares of 2.9 per cent each.

Bengaluru

As usual, Big FM leads in Bengaluru with a market share of 20.2 per cent, without registering any loss or gain. Its average market share for the last four weeks is 20.1 per cent.

Radio Mirchi at No. 2; it has a market share of 17.2 per cent without registering any loss or gain compared to previous week's data. Its average market share for the last four weeks is 17.6 per cent. Fever FM is at No. 3 and has a market share of 15 per cent, registering a gain of 0.1 percentage points. Its average market share for the previous four weeks is 15.4 per cent.

Radio City is at the fourth position with a market share of 13.4 per cent, which is 0.3 per cent more than its average market share of the past four weeks. It is followed by Red FM with a market share of 9.5 per cent, registering a gain of 0.1 percentage points in comparison to Week 50.

At No. 6, Radio One has a market share of 8.1 per cent, registering a loss of 0.4 percentage points. AIR FM Rainbow follows with a market share of 7.2 per cent, registering a loss of 0.4 percentage points over the previous week. The radio station's average market share for the past four weeks is 7.9 per cent.

Among the other stations in Bengaluru in Week 50 are Vividh Bharti, which has a market share of 5.8 per cent, followed by Radio Indigo (2.5 per cent) and Gyan Vani (0.7 per cent).

Kolkata

Radio Mirchi leads in the city with a market share of 20.2 per cent, registering a loss of 0.3 percentage points over the previous week. Its average market share for the last four weeks is 20.3 per cent.

Big FM is No. 2 with a market share of 17.4 per cent, registering a loss of 0.4 percentage points over previous week's ratings. Friends FM and Amar FM are at No. 4 and No. 5 respectively. Friends FM registered a market share of 11.9 per cent and Amar FM recorded a market share of 10.8 per cent.

Red FM is placed fifth with a market share of 9 per cent, recording a loss of 0.3 percentage points. Fever FM is No. 6 with a market share of 8.7 per cent, without registering any loss or gain compared to previous week's ratings.

Radio One is at No. 7 with a market share of 6.1 per cent, registering a loss of 0.4 percentage points over the previous week. Oye! FM follows with a market share of 5.2 per cent, registering a gain of 0.3 percentage points.

This week, among other stations in Kolkata, AIR FM Gold and Air FM Rainbow have secured market shares of 3.3 per cent and 3 per cent respectively.
