Starcom Worldwide has won the media duties of the online jewellery portal Caratlane.com. The Chennai office of the agency will handle the account and manage all media investments for the company.
This is the first time since its launch that Caratlane.com takes up advertising. The portal is looking for a mix of creative and strategic advertising campaigns that will establish strong brand recall.
Confirming the win, Narendra Alambara, vice-president, Starcom Worldwide Chennai, says, "We are in the process of evolving strategic long-term plans for the brand. The strategy and our recommendations will be based on the current and future goals of the brand, and on the ideal platforms for the brand to generate engagement with audiences."
