Zee shares the No. 3 spot with Sony; SAB TV ahead of Life OK

Star Plus has added 14 points on the back of its non-fiction property, Nach Baliye Season 5, that debuted on December 29, as per data provided by a TAM subscriber.

Life OK and Zee TV have been the biggest losers in the week ended December 29, 2012, while Colors was the highest gainer in the same week. As per data provided by a TAM subscriber (C&S 4+, HSM), Zee and Sony have managed to tie at the third place.

With five of its properties listed in the top 10 shows on the Hindi GECs in Week 52, Star Plus stands at the No. 1 position with 245 GRPs, up from 231 GRPs that it garnered in the last week. The channel has added 14 points on the back of its non-fiction property, Nach Baliye Season 5 that debuted on December 29.

Meanwhile, Colors, too, has held on to its No. 2 position with 238 GRPs, against 223 GRPs in the previous week (Week 51, ended December 22, 2012).

Zee TV has lost 28 points to garner 198 GRPs and has achieved the third position in the Hindi GEC segment, while Sony has gained five points to register 198 GRPs, remaining at the No. 3 position.

Among the second rung GECs, SAB TV has again left behind Life OK for the fifth position. Sony's sibling GEC, SAB is at No. 5, garnering 156 GRPs, up from 143 GRPs of the previous week.

Life OK, at No. 6, has registered a drop of a whopping 34 points, garnering 110 GRPs, down from 144 GRPs.

Sahara One, at No. 7, has witnessed a loss of a single point to acquire 23 GRPs (24 GRPs in the previous week).

Colors' Balika Vadhu has topped the list of the top 10 programmes on Hindi GECs with 5.2 TVRs, up from last week's 4.8 TVRs. The second spot has been taken by Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Star Plus) with 4.6 TVRs (same as last week).

Zee TV's Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke has garnered 4.4 TVRs (4.5 TVRs in the previous week) to take the third spot.

Star Plus' Diya Aur Baati Hum (4.4 TVRs in the previous week) and Saathiya Saath Nibhana (5.1 TVRs in the previous week) share the fourth spot with SAB TV's flagship property Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltaah Chashmaah (3 TVRs in the previous week) with 4.3 TVRs.

Star Plus' celebrity dance reality show, Nach Baliye Season 5 has garnered 4.1 TVRs in its debut episode, and stood at No. 7, along with Colors' Madhubala (3.9 TVRs in the previous week).

Next in the list is Colors' Sasural Simar Ka with 3.8 TVRs, against 4.2 TVRs garnered during Week 51. At No. 9, Star Plus' Pyar Ka Dard Hai stood with 3.7 TVRs (3.8 TVRs in the previous week).

At the 10th spot, Sony's CID garnered 3.4 TVRs (same as last week).
