Prem Kamath given additional responsibility of GM at STAR Pravah
Kamath, who heads Channel V as EVP & GM, has been assigned another responsibility at STAR Pravah that was earlier looked after by Nachiket Pantvaidya.
Prem Kamath, executive vice-president and general manager, Channel V has been assigned another responsibility at STAR Network. He will now also be the general manager at STAR Pravah, the Marathi GEC from the stable of the STAR Network.
Kamath will look after the operations of STAR Pravah. Yogesh Manwani, senior VP, marketing, STAR Pravah will report to Kamath.
Kamath has been heading Channel V for more than four years now (since 2009). He has been associated with the STAR Network since 2007 and began as vice-president, marketing, STAR India. Earlier, he has worked with Leo Burnett as associate vice-president for more than seven years.
STAR Pravah was launched in November, 2008.
