Roopali Sharma has come on board as vice-president, and will handle clients such as MTS, which are growing their presence.

On the new appointments, Anita Nayyar, CEO, Havas Media Group India and South Asia, says, "Our growth strategy needs the right people. All three have had illustrious careers and collectively bring in huge wealth of knowledge and experience."

Armed with over 12 years of experience across planning, buying and implementation, Guglani has moved in from Lodestar Universal. He has also worked with Maxus, Starcom and Carat Media Services. Some of the brands he has handled include Tata, Intel and Sony. He has also won media awards for Tata Docomo and Reebok. Having worked with Nayyar earlier, Guglani says his mandate presents opportunities and challenges to make brands, global or local, a meaningful voice to further their business plans in India.

Earlier, Bhatnagar was business director at Dentsu Digital. He has worked with Sapient Nitro, Quasar Media and BC Web Wise. The brands he has handled in his 12 year career include 7Up, GSK - Junior Horlicks, ITC Welcom Group, ICI Dulux, SanDisk, DELL, Canon, DS Group and Monster.com. "I look forward to institute a richer, multi level digital experience for the clients and create new business associations in India," Bhatnagar says.

Sharma held the role of vice-president, buying at ZenithOptimedia. She has more than 13 years of experience in strategy, planning and buying. Apart from working with agencies like Cheil Media, Maxus India and Carat, she has worked with LG. Some of the clients she has serviced include Reckitt Benckiser, Toshiba, Uninor, Yatra.com, OLX, Dabur and Samsung. Sharma says her focus will be to strengthen the quality of work and lead the clients to more strategic directions, helping them achieve their business goals.
