The next two shows in the hierarchy are from Star Plus's stable - Saathiya Saath Nibhana (8170 TVTs) and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (7632 TVTs).

The next three are Zee TV's Jodha Akbar (7422 TVTs), Jamai Raja (6889 TVTs) and Qubool Hai (6722 TVTs).

The tenth spot is occupied by Comedy Nights with Kapil from Colors' stable. The show averaged 6602 TVTs in the week 48 of TAM.

For the record, TVT is television viewership in 1000s (TVR in 1000). It is the average number of individuals in '000s that are available at any given minute of a programme (or 'part of day'). It captures growth in TV audiences in the country in absolute numbers. The TVR system, in contrast, works on percentages.
