Adil Zainulbhai is chairman, TV18 Broadcast
He will also continue as the non-executive Independent director of the company.
TV18 Broadcast Limited has announced that the Board of Directors of the company, in a meeting held on July 22, has appointed Adil Zainulbhai, the non-executive Independent director, as its chairman in place of Manoj Mohanka who had expressed his unwillingness to continue as the chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mohanka will continue as non-executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company.
Besides, Zainulbhai and Mohanka, Rohit Bansal and Raghav Bahl are the non-executive directors of the company.
