Category advertising on print declined by 61 per cent during Q3, 2014, compared to Q3, 2013.
Television Audience Measurement (TAM) has released an overview of the advertising ad volumes on different platforms by the Home Insecticides category, between July and September 2014.
The report focusses on advertising carried out by the sector on television, print and radio. The entire analysis is based on ad volumes expressed in secondages or column centimetres. The figures should be taken only as indicative and not absolute.
According to the report, ad volumes for the Home Insecticides segment witnessed a fall of 61 per cent in Print, during Q3, 2014, compared to Q3, 2013. Newspapers enjoyed 69 per cent share of ad volumes.
The report reveals that the category's ad volumes on TV declined by 49 per cent during this period. Despite that, TV enjoyed 99 per cent share of ad insertions by the Home Insecticides category. Of this, regional TV channels grabbed 62 per cent share of advertising.
