Star Plus retains top spot. This week, too, FTA channels of all the private networks are among the top 10 Hindi GECS.

Star Plus retained its No.1 position while Zee Anmol was ranked No. 2. Colors jumped up a spot from the previous week and came in at third position, followed by Zee TV which was at No.3 last week. Star India's Utsav and Life OK came in at fifth and sixth spots respectively.
The next three in the line-up were from the Sony MSM stable. The order was Sony SAB, Sony Pal and Sony Entertainment Television (SET) in 7th, 8th and 9th positions. Sony Pal had entered the top 10 GECs list for the first time last week since BARC released its rural-inclusive data.
Colors' FTA channel Rishtey occupied the 10th position. This week too, FTA channels of all the private networks ranked among the top 10 in the Hindi GEC genre. Among the top shows in Week 45 of BARC data, the top three shows remain the same. These were Star Plus' 'Saath Nibhana Saathiya' at No.1, Zee's 'Kumkum Bhagya' at No. 2 and Star Plus' 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' at No.3. Zee Anmol's 'Ek Se Bhale Do' is at fourth position, while its 'Jodha Akbar' comes in at the fifth position.
In TAM's latest data, Colors retains its No.1 spot with a slight dip in its GRPs. It raked in 220 GRPs versus 220 last week. Star Plus was at number 2 with 215 GRPS (226 GRPs in the previous week).
Zee TV was at No.3 spot with 131 GRPs while Sony SAB was at the fourth position with 125 GRPs.
Life OK was No.4 spot bringing 121 GRPs in week 45 from 124 GRPs in week 45, while Sony Entertainment TV at 5th spot gets 106 GRPs. &TV and Zee Anmol are at the seventh and eighth positions with 63 and 29 GRPs respectively. Sony Pal followed at No.9 (28 GRPs ) while Rishtey was at the No.10 with 25 GRPs.
Among the top shows in Week 45 of TAM data, Colors' 'Naagin' jumped up to No.1 this week from its no. 2 spot last week, while Star Plus' 'Ye Hai Mohabbatein' came in second. Colors' 'Comedy Nights with Kapil' was at no. 3. At the fourth and fifth positions were Star Plus' 'Saathiya Saath Nibhaana' at and 'Siya Ke Ram-Pehli Jhalak'.
