Mother Dairy appoints Wavemaker as media agency

Kartik SharmaIn a recent announcement, Mother Dairy, the wholly owned subsidiary of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), has appointed Wavemaker as its media agency. Wavemaker, the media, content and technology agency from GroupM, created from the merger of Maxus and MEC, will manage the media strategy and investment for Mother Dairy. The account will be handled from the agency’s Gurgaon office. This is after an extensive media agency selection process which involved all leading media agencies.

Navin Khemka Speaking about winning the pitch, Kartik Sharma, managing director – Wavemaker, South Asia, says in a press release, “We are extremely happy to be selected as a media partner by Mother Dairy. We look forward to our partnership with Mother Dairy and hope to build a dynamic media model using data and technology to deliver the right messaging to their consumers and to further strengthen the brand in newer markets.”

Navin Khemka, managing partner – Wavemaker India, says in a press release, “Over the last few years, Mother Dairy has created a dominant position for itself in the branded milk segment. We are confident that with our creative media marketing approach and data-led insights, we will be able to provide innovative solutions to Mother Dairy.”
