Omnicom’s PHD is TikTok’s global media agency

The agency will manage media planning and buying duties across all channels in all global markets apart from China.

It has been reported in the global media that Chinese content giant ByteDance owned TikTok has appointed PHD as its global agency of record. The Omnicon Media Group agency will manage media planning and buying duties across all channels in all global markets apart from China.

Only recently, a ByteDance executive in India had informed afaqs! that TikTok in India was in conversation with major ad agency networks like DAN, GroupM, OMG, IPG and Publicis. PHD’s appointment will be effective immediately and only TikTok's London market will be handled by Hearts & Science, another OMG agency.
