Raj Nayak announces new venture - House of Cheer

Raj Nayak, former chief operating officer of Viacom18 has launched his new venture House of Cheer. Nayak took to social media to make the announcement.

"House of Cheer will be a full-service media, entertainment and technology hub specialising in creation, curation and consultancy in the area of media and entertainment," says an industry source aware of the development.

He had quit Viacom18 in late 2018 after spending over seven years with the network. Prior to joining Viacom18, Nayak was the founder – managing director of Aidem Ventures. Before that, he was chief executive at NDTV Media. In the past, he has also worked with Star TV as executive vice president - sales and marketing.
