The travel portal has initiated a four-month out of home campaign at the Bengaluru airport to create brand visibility.
Travel portal Via.com has created a striking innovation at Bengaluru airport that attempts to increase brand visibility.
The four-month campaign began in December, 2012 and will continue till March, 2013.
Alok Duggal, business head, airport, JCDecaux India, says, "The main directive given by Via.com was to connect with the right audience and inform people about the work it does and also create visibility."
He adds that the glass facade behind the check-in counters ensures that no one catching a flight from Bengaluru misses the campaign. Also, it engages people waiting during the check-in procedure and communicates about the various offerings from the brand.
Bengaluru airport was chosen for the campaign as the city sees a large Percentage of work-related travellers.
Bengaluru-based Via.com was launched on July 28, 2006 as Flightraja.com. It is present through 20,000 partners in nearly 2,400 towns of India.
JCDecaux is one of the largest outdoor advertising specialists and is present in more than 55 countries across the globe.
