&TV's Sagnik Mukherjee joins Sony Entertainment Television as AVP Marketing

Sagnik Mukherjee, brand head (AVP) – brand management and marketing, &TV has quit the channel to join Sony Entertainment Television as associate vice president marketing, confirm industry sources.

Mukherjee worked with &TV for close to five years. He was involved with the launch of the brand &TV. Prior to joining &TV, he was working with The Walt Disney Company as manager – product planning and programming strategy (All movie channels of the network).

With more than 13 years of work experiene, Mukherjee has also worked with UTV, Lodha Group, Bennett Coleman and Co, Career Forum and Novar in the past.

An alumnus of Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad, Mukherjee holds a degree in BE, Instrumentation from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology.
