Amit Gujral joins JK Tyre as Marketing Head

Amit Gujral has joined JK Tyre & Industries as its marketing head in India. Amit was previously associated with LG India as CMO.

Afaqs recently reported him moving on from LG and now Industry sources confirm he his joining at JK Tyre.

Gujral has been associated with the consumer industry for over 23 years and had started working with LG in 2003. In his 16-year long stint at the company, Gujral served on many strategic roles, managing the complete life cycle of products from inception to consumer sell out. He had been responsible for crafting strategies for brand building, promotional activities and consumer engagements.

His overall experience indicates works in Marketing (Corporate Communications, Marketing Communication, ATL/BTL/ISM/DIGITAL, Big Data Analytics), Distribution, Channel Management, Indirect Sales , Product Planning, Contents & Services Partnerships across Industry verticals & companies and R&D.

JK Tyre & Industries Ltd is a leading Tyre manufacturer in India and amongst the top 25 manufacturers in the world with a wide range of products in the automobile industry.

Prior to joining LG, he had a stint with companies such as BEL, HCL and Flextronics. Gujral is a Computer Science Engineering Graduate.
