Titan Company has announced key leadership changes in its senior management. Arun Narayan will take over as CEO of the jewellery division from January 1, 2026, succeeding Ajoy Chawla, who is set to become Titan’s managing director. Kuruvilla Markose will step in as CEO of the watches division from August 13, 2025, following the exit of Suparna Mitra.

Narayan, a Tata Administrative Services (TAS) officer and IIM Calcutta alumnus, has nearly 30 years of experience with the Tata Group and Titan. Since April 2020, he has led Tanishq India’s retail, marketing, and merchandising functions. His earlier roles include regional business head (West), Helios business head, and national sales and retail head – Titan Watches.

Markose, also from the TAS cadre, joined Titan in 2015 as chief digital officer. He has been CEO of the international business division, spearheading Titan’s global expansion in watches, jewellery, and eyecare. A graduate of IIFT Delhi, Markose brings three decades of cross-sector experience spanning FMCG, telecom, consulting, and retail.
