EPACK Group appoints Narayan Lodha as Executive Director and Group CFO

EPACK Group has appointed Narayan Lodha as executive director and group chief financial officer, effective immediately. The company operates in consumer durables, prefabricated construction, EPS packaging, and petrochemicals.

Lodha has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic planning. In his new role, he will oversee EPACK Group’s financial strategy, ensure fiscal discipline, and manage governance and compliance across business units.

Lodha is a chartered accountant and company secretary with experience in IPOs, private equity placements, and debt fundraising. He has worked in the renewable energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors, focusing on capital management and stakeholder alignment. Before joining EPACK Group, he held senior roles at Vikram Solar, Inox Wind, Ravindra Energy, and Indian Energy Exchange, where he led financial strategies and capital raising efforts.
