Neha Toteja has been appointed as senior director and head of Flipkart Video. She will be P&L owner for Flipkart's upcoming video OTT service - Flipkart Video. Toteja will be responsible for leading a team in building a personalised, curated content viewing experience for Flipkart's customers.

Prior to joining Flipkart, Toteja, who has over 20 years of experience, has had stints at several companies like Fox, Reliance Entertainment, EY, Times Network, Star TV Network, and most recently Amazon, among others. At these organisations, she specialised in strategy, business development, and revenue strategy management.
At Times, she was head of strategy, business development and digital media, Times Now, from 2010 to 2014, following which she worked at the Star Network till 2015 as product and revenue lead for Star India’s entertainment brands. At Star, her's was a cross functional management role for the core business, namely, general entertainment. Toteja was also responsible for customer acquisition and driving revenue and engagement across TV and OTT at Star.
Between her stints at Star and Amazon, Toteja co-founded a digital media technology company called KlikCulture.
During her three years at Amazon, she built the foundation for mobile carrier billing and strategic payments for Kindle Content and Amazon Prime Video. She also designed, negotiated and launched the first MVPD (Multichannel Video Programming Distributor) partnership for Amazon globally (in relation to the first ever use case for Amazon Fire TV Stick).
