Netflix appoints Nikita Aneja as HR Business Partnering

Nikita Aneja has joined Netflix as part of its talent team, where she will focus on HR business partnering and contribute to building high-performing teams and culture. She has posted about this development on her LinkedIn profile.

Aneja was previously the lead – HR for the ads business at JioHotstar, where she played a key role in integrating the revenue function post-merger. Before that, she served as head – HR, Sports at Viacom18, leading the HR charter for the Sports vertical, including the scale-up of JioCinema’s sports portfolio and its integration with Disney Star.

With over a decade of HR leadership experience across media, entertainment, financial services, and automotive sectors, Aneja has held roles at Disney Star, Edelweiss, Tata Motors, and Godrej. She is an alumna of Goa Institute of Management and Jai Hind College, Mumbai.
