Swati Bhattacharya quits Godrej Consumer Products Ltd

Swati Bhattacharya, Head of Lightbox Creative Lab, Godrej Consumer Products (GCPL), has resigned, effective January 1, 2026. 

In her resignation email dated October 16, she stated the role “did not leverage her strengths and objectives".

Bhattacharya joined GCPL's in-house ad agency in September 2024. She was earlier the chief creative officer at FCB India.

During her three-decades long career, Bhattacharya has worked at agencies such as FCB Ulka, Dentsu India, and JWT.
