WPP Media names Sindhuja Rai as Chief Client Officer for APMEA

WPP Media has announced the appointment of Sindhuja Rai as its new chief client officer for the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (APMEA) region. In this expanded leadership role, Rai will be based in Singapore and focus on strengthening client relationships, driving integration, and fostering innovation across these diverse markets.

Rai confirmed the development on her LinkedIn profile, expressing her excitement about the new role.

Rai brings extensive experience to her new position. Prior to this elevation, she served as the CEO for Wavemaker APAC, where she was instrumental in driving strategy and execution to deliver growth for clients and the agency across the region. She also held significant leadership roles at Mondelēz International for over a decade, including senior director of global media investment and AMEA consumer experience, where she contributed to enhancing media ROI. Her career also includes experience with media agencies such as IPG, Publicis, and Havas.
