Urban Ladder has appointed Ajit Joshi as president and chief operating officer. Previously, he was working with Reliance Industries as chief executive officer, BKC. Joshi will be based in Bengaluru.

Joshi started his career in 1987 as head of department, F&B services with Welcomegroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration. He later went on to work with Shopper's Stop, Orian Capital, Tata's Croma, among others.
