Even so, I held onto hope with a very tight grip, never letting go of my dreams to see Team Pumpkin take shape and eventually become one of India’s most sought-after social media marketing agencies.My advice to young professionalsNever underestimate your true potential. Embrace challenges, seek help and try to learn as much as possible. Believe me, with determination, you can achieve things beyond imagination.How I recharge on the weekendsAs a marketer, I often find myself working on weekends, and I don't mind it because I enjoy keeping myself busy. However, I also prioritise self-care and spending quality time with my family and friends. Whether it’s exploring new places or simply a relaxing day at home, these moments recharge me for a week ahead.A recent ad campaign I likedI think Zomato's campaign, Zomato vs its biggest competitors, was great! It showcased individuals from different demographics arguing over the correct pronunciation of the brand name- ZoMaito vs ZoMaato. Either way, the brand leveraged its mispronunciation. The campaign proves that regardless of how people pronounce it, they believe that Zomato delivers on time.
