With over 15 years of experience at the crossroads of law, technology, and business, Karima Ben Abdelmalek is currently CEO & President of happn, a leading player in the dating industry, and President of Women In Dating. She joined happn in 2017 as General Counsel, later stepping into the role of Secretary General, before being appointed CEO & President in 2021. Today, she leads a team of 100 people in France.
