He has an experience of more than 20 years; his earlier stint was with Rediffusion Delhi.
His mandate at Percept Hakuhodo is to strengthen client relationships, put in place best practises in account management, and create opportunities for new businesses and growth across branches in India.

Ghosh's previous stints have been with Contract, Grey, Bates, Leo Burnett and TBWA. He is a Commerce Honours graduate from Delhi University and has an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire, UK.
Ghosh started his career as a management trainee at TBWA (earlier known as Anthem) in 1994. In 1998, he moved to Leo Burnett as group head. In 2001, he joined Bates as account director. Then, in 2003, he switched to Grey as client services director. He moved to Contract Advertising in 2005.
Hakuhodo Percept is a 50:50 joint venture between Hakuhodo Japan, which is the world's 8th largest communication company and Percept Limited India, the fastest growing media, entertainment and communications conglomerate in the country.
