Joshi's last stint was with Leo Burnett Dubai, while Kavatkar moves in from Ogilvy, Mumbai.

Speaking on the new appointments, Khazanchi says, "As we grow as an agency we need to have different points of view and resources with different skill sets. These appointments show our commitment to hire diverse talent in the organisation. While Shradha has a keen eye for design and the lifestyle space, Rajaram is a talented, new age designer."

In a career spanning 12 years, Shradha Joshi has worked with Enterprise Nexus Mumbai for two years, Y&, Dubai for about three years and Leo Burnett Dubai for three-and-a-half years. She has worked with an array of clients including McDonald's, Times of India, Killer Jeans, Kellogg's, Kaya Skin Clinic and Sony Erickson, among others.

Speaking on her new role, she says, "I take this as an opportunity. I have always admired Ashish's work and his creative approach to brand building. Looking forward to learn, create and produce some exciting work."

Kavatkar switched from engineering to advertising by joining Lintas in 2004. Through the course of a decade-long career, he has worked with Doosra (Cartwheel), Draft FCB, Publicis and Ogilvy (most recently, as creative controller). Some of the brands he has worked on include ICICI Bank, Axe, Wheel, Business Standard, Nerolac, Lakme, Vicks and Asian Paints.

"Joining Enormous is a good opportunity for me to create some great brand stories. I'm looking forward to partnering Ashish's creative vision," he says.
