Defaulters in the education category included Personaliteez, NIPS School of Hotel Management, CL Educate (Career Launcher), and Invertis University. Most complaints were upheld due to unsubstantiated claims propagated by the defaulters.

Meanwhile, defaulters in the health and personal care categories, which include LG Electronics India (LG water purifiers), Hindustan Unilever ((Pureit Ultima), and Nirog Ayurvedic Centre, contravened provisions of the Drug and Magic Remedies Act, and Chapter 1.1 and III.4 of the ASCI Code.

Ads upheld in the Others category include Bharti Airtel, Amazon Kindle, Manappuram Finance, and City Broadband for propagating unsubstantiated claims.
