Happy Creative Services beefs up strategic planning team

The agency has roped in Phalgun Tiruvasu as head of strategic planning.

The Bengaluru-based creative agency Happy Creative Services has strengthened its strategic planning team by roping in Phalgun Tiruvasu as head of strategic planning. Previously, Tiruvasu was vice-president, planning, at Lowe Lintas and Partners, where he worked on brands such as Tanishq, Britannia, Tata Tea, and the Arvind Brands.

As head of strategic planning, Tiruvasu will manage a hybrid team comprising of strategists from communication (offline, online), data and design to further Happy Creative Services' prowess in delivering medium-agnostic, effective, creative solutions to brands and businesses.

Tiruvasu will be supported by Ravi Bhat, an old Happy Creative Services stalwart, who recently returned to the agency after a short stint with Lowe Lintas Bengaluru. Besides Bhat, the team also includes Ashwin Dravid (ex- Mindshare, Jack In-the-Box) who will look after the content strategy, Hari Nair (ex- Razorfish), who will lead data, while Anusha Pinto will handle design. Sources at Happy Creative Services also confirmed that some more important appointments will be soon announced.
