Rediffusion Y&R has conceptualised a new campaign for the Presidency University's bicentennial celebration. The campaign depicts the inspiring life-changing questions by the celebrated personalities from Universities' various batches ever since 1817.

Presidency University has a unique place in history. The alumni of the college have distinguished themselves both nationally and internationally in various fields. The University has been a constant source of inspiration to Nobel laureates, Oscar winners, prime ministers, presidents, and academicians in diverse fields.

The University had empanelled Rediffusion Y&R for handling its creative mandate for the celebration of its 200 years. This bicentennial celebration is a national as well as an international event, with seminars in India, Britain and the US.

Commenting on the campaign, Rahul Jauhari, chief creative officer - Rediffusion Y&R, says, "It has been a privilege for the team to work on such a prestigious occasion for one of the iconic educational institutions of India. In the process, we discovered that the contribution of Presidency College to the nation has been greater than what is known to most of us. I hope the work helps bring a bit of that to the forefront."

Suparna Mucadum, Vice President - Rediffusion Y&R Kolkata adds, "Education is not only about teaching answers, it is also about inspiring questions. Questions have the power to change the world and that's what Presidency has been doing best in the last 200 years."
