Speaking on the new appointment, Pandey says in a press note, "Vaybhav's appointment comes at a time when we're not just consolidating our existing relationships but looking at growth from the new economy. I see him as a key part of the new management and his dual roles should let him steer the disruption offering to a new set of digital and content first clients."

Singh's role at Digital Arts Network would involve leading TBWA's digital first clients like MasterCard and Airbnb as well as creative custodianship of Nissan United.

Singh says, "TBWA is responsible for creating some globally acclaimed work and truly believes in its disruption philosophy, and that along with the discussions Govind and I have had about its India prospects, really excites me. Leading its Digital Arts Network is particularly interesting for me since I take to technology and business much easier than most people. My firsthand understanding of startups should make us perfect partners with startups and tech-based businesses."

With over 15 years of experience across various advertising agencies, Singh has led work on brands in the telecommunication, consumer electronics, retail, fashion and automobiles categories. His last role was at D&H Blurb, a creative advertising agency co-partnered by the Future Group, where he was a partner, chief creative officer (CCO) and chief operating officer (COO).
