Hotstar's creative producer Sidharth Jain moves on

Hotstar's creative producer Sidharth Jain has decided to move on from the company. He was appointed on October 2015 to look after content, both original and licensed, for Star's online video on demand platform.

While he was unavailable to comment on the development, a source in the company has confirmed the news to afaqs!, says the source, "He has already served his notice period and June 30 was his last day at Hotstar."

Jain joined Hotstar from iRock where he was producer and chief executive officer. Before founding iRock in 2008, he worked at Adlabs Films as producer and head of animation.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Welingkar institute.
