My role model

My late father, Satish Puri. I continue to be inspired and motivated by his work-till-you-drop attitude. He believed in getting the job done at any and all costs and strived for perfection in everything that he did. He had an eye for detail and always put people first. It is this legacy of his that I have inherited and take forward every day.

My advice to young professionals

Nothing can replace getting your hands dirty and learning by doing. No job is too small, too menial, too beneath you!

A recent ad campaign I liked

Manzo's online bank launched a data-driven localised out-of-home campaign, examining "How the nation embraced the Monzo lifestyle in 2023." The advertisements playfully highlighted specific locations, such as "Great job, Milton Keynes: you favoured Nandos more than any other place in the UK." Monzo shared the results on LinkedIn and Twitter/X.
