PALMONAS, the jewellery brand known from Shark Tank India, has expanded to 25 physical stores across the country, up from 3 earlier this year.
"Luxury for me is in experiences, in acquired memories, in community. PALMONAS stands for that," says the founder. "We're not just a jewellery brand. We're creating spaces where people connect, express, and feel seen."
In 6–7 months, PALMONAS expanded rapidly, aiming to make traditional jewellery more accessible. A key challenge was educating consumers about demi-fine jewellery. The brand credits Shark Tank as a turning point in building awareness. Each store also hosts small events and gatherings to engage with customers and discuss modern luxury in India.
The Evil Eye Collection is a new addition to the PALMONAS line, inspired by the cultural belief in Nazar. It features charms, amulets, and symbolic designs that combine traditional and modern styles.
PALMONAS plans to expand into major Indian cities and focus on tech innovations like virtual try-ons and personalised shopping. The brand aims to strengthen its community engagement while growing its presence.
"We are already making a bold statement," the founder declares. "We are changing the norms of traditional jewellery and proving that 'being you' is the most powerful trend of all."
