TATA Indicom, a national telecom brand of India's leading private basic telecom service provider Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL), has today announced various attractive packages for its CDMA mobile customers in Gujarat. TATA Indicom offers fixed wireline; fixed wireless and CDMA based mobile services in Gujarat.
According to the new tariff announced by the company, TATA Indicom offers two attractive packages for its CDMA mobile services apart from standard package as per TRAI directive. In Plan TIM 450 customers have to pay one time activation charge of just Rs. 500/- and do not have to pay any deposit for making local calls. To avail STD and ISD facilities customers have to pay deposit of Rs. 1000/- each for respective services. With a monthly rent of just Rs. 450/-, customers get 190 local call units free apart from getting other value added services like CLIP, call waiting, call forwarding etc. also for free. Another attraction in this plan is local call charges of Rs. 1.10 per unit, which will be charged for usage of above 190 free local call units.
In another attractive plan TIM 599, customers just have to pay one time activation charge of just Rs. 500/- and do not have to pay any deposit for making local calls while to avail STD and ISD facilities customers have to pay deposit of Rs. 1000/- each for respective services. With a monthly rent of just Rs. 599/-, customers get 400 local call units free apart from getting other value added services like CLIP, call waiting, call forwarding etc. also for free. Another attraction in this plan is local call charges of Rs. 1.00 per unit, which will be charged for usage of above 400 free local call units.
Apart from these, another major advantage of subscribing to Tata Indicom's these new CDMA mobile services tariff plans would be of a 20% discount on all international long distance (ISD) calls made using its services.
Announcing the new tariff plans at a press conference today, Mr. Jagrut Vyas, Chief Operating Officer, Tata Teleservices Limited, Gujarat said, "Today we are announcing two attractive tariff plans for our valued CDMA mobile customers in Gujarat. At present we are present in three cities and within just one and a half months time more than 6000 customers are enjoying our seamless telecom services. Am sure, with these new attractive plans we will add more customers to our fold. We are also introducing entry-level handsets at just Rs. 5200/-+ to break the high cost entry barrier for the CDMA mobile services."
